Each chapter gave me a gift! I found my heart lifted as I soaked in the emotions provked within my soul as I read the guidance from each author. Having left my home of 25 years abruptly needing to leave everything behind starting completely over provides a unique perspective on reclaiming your home. I had nothing and received everything I needed and more from family and friends. As I was reading this gem and began walking through my home, I realized that although it is what i would consider an eclectic style as i have worked with what was given me, it all gives me great peace and joy. It represents safety, freedom, a new beginning. Yesi need to declutter for sure but I got rid of things from my prior life that represented control and reminded me of feeling unsafe. I will slowly use the book to further shift as i continue healing. Thank you to the authors for allowing me to see my eclectic home as my living and breathing healing space that is beautiful to me.
